Steve, a former climbing instructor, went on to become a
successful rigger for the entertainment industry. He
worked for the Millennium Dome Show in the aerial
department as deputy team leader, responsible for the
team of cirque 2 technicians who launched & flew 33
performers three times a day from the roof of the dome.
Following this he went on to become chief rigger for the
Generating Company, touring aerial circus performances
throughout Europe and further; From Ibiza’s most
prestigious clubs to England’s most provincial theatres
passing through every conceivable venue and country
along the way, developing an intimate knowledge of the
problems and, more importantly, the solutions of rigging
for aerial performance.
