High Performance Logistics Manager Jim Simmons has a passion for surfing, music and circus.
Jim studied sound technology and production logistics at Kingston University in London before going on to work on numerous events, parties and festivals worldwide.
He specialised in logistics, creative builds, kinetics and sound design and has been involved with High Performance since its inception in 2003.
